As winter approaches, it’s the perfect time to prepare your home for the colder months ahead. To keep your home warm and energy-efficient, start by sealing any drafty windows and doors with weatherstripping or caulk to prevent heat loss. Make sure your heating system is serviced and replace your furnace filters to ensure it runs smoothly throughout the season. Insulate exposed pipes to prevent freezing, and consider adding insulation to your attic or basement if needed. Don’t forget to winterize outdoor faucets and bring in or cover outdoor furniture to protect them from harsh weather.

As a lifelong resident of Green Township, I have proudly provided insurance services since 2002. I’m an Elder High School alumnus with a B.A. in Business Finance/Marketing from Northern Kentucky University.
